Your Annual Membership questions answered
Q. When does my membership start? A. Members may choose their preferred activation date at the time of purchase. Your membership will then be valid for one full year from the selected start date.
Q. How do I use my membership before receiving my physical card? A. Before receiving your membership card, you may simply provide your registered phone number in-store to access your benefits. Once your membership card is issued, please present the card when redeeming your membership perks.
Q. How do the weekly self-serve washes work? (Premium) A. Premium members may enjoy up to one self-serve wash per week, with a maximum of 52 washes per year. Unused washes do not roll over to the next year.
Q. Can I share my membership with someone else? A. Membership benefits are non-transferable and are intended for the registered member’s dog only.
Q. Can I cancel or get a refund? A. Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. Please review the benefits carefully before purchasing.
Q. Do discounts apply all year? A. Yes. Members receive 10% OFF grooming services and 10% OFF all retail products throughout the entire membership year. Please note that the grooming discount does not apply to grooming add-on services.
